Julie Vinogradsky is an adept civil litigator with experience in California labor code violations, employment discrimination, business litigation and landlord-tenant law. She received her J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 2009. She received her B.A. in International Relations with a Minor in French from Pomona College in 2006 after spending a semester in Toulouse, France with the School for International Training. While at Hastings, Ms. Vinogradsky was active in the school's clinical programs. As part of the Civil Justice Clinic, she appeared before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement ("DLSE") and the San Francisco Rent Board. Additionally, she conducted weekly meditations on property, real estate and commercial issues in San Francisco's Small Claims Court.

Ms. Vinogradsky earned a prestigious CALI Award for Excellent Achievement in Pretrial Practice based on employment discrimination litigation work and a second CALI award for her work on Film and the Law. While working with the Public Interest Law Project, she obtained experience in complex land use, real estate and affordable housing cases. Her professional experience also includes work with the National Housing Law Project and the AIDS Legal Referral Panel.

Ms. Vinogradsky is fluent in French and spoken Russian. She immigrated to San Francisco from Odessa, Ukraine in 1989.
